Utopia apartment in Nea Ionia A3

Positive: It was very close to all the shops and in a very friendly environment! The sea was just 25 minutes from the house. Negative: Parking!!!😬 space

Υπέροχη διαμονή! Positive: Πεντακάθαρο. Πολύ περιποιημένο. Εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαιτέρως τα κρύα νερά που μας περιμεναν στο ψυγείο! Πού δειχνει ότι παίρνουν υπόψη τους τα σχόλια των πελατών.Εκτιμήσαμε και το δωράκι που μας περιμενε! Τέλειο μπάνιο. Air-condition σε κάθε δωμάτιο. Ευρύχωρο για μια τετραμελή οικογένεια. Και για πενταμελή. Ακριβώς από κάτω, φούρνοι, καφέδες και φαγαδικα. Πολύ κοντά η στάση μετρό. Πολύ κοντά σούπερ μάρκετ. Γενικά φοβερή τοποθεσία. Μείναμε τρομερά ικανοποημενοι! Μείναμε 3 νύχτες Άνετα μέναμε κι άλλο. Negative: Λίγο οι σκάλες..... Κυρίως γιατί είχαμε μαζί μας άνθρωπο με τραυματισμένα γόνατα. Ίσως αν το εγραφε περισσότερο ξεκάθαρα στην περιγραφή, ότι δεν έχει ασανσέρ, να ήμασταν προετοιμασμένοι. Επίσης ο θόρυβος στο μπροστά δωμάτιο από την πρωινή κίνηση.. Αλλά κλείνοντας το παράθυρο και βάζοντας κλιματισμό, το ελυνες. Αυτά.

Positive: Ευρύχωρο και καθαρό σπίτι με πρόσβαση στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς

Amazing stay, clean, beautiful property, great communication Positive: Extremely clean, appreciated the extras ( water in fridge, coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent) as these are time savers. The location is on a busy shopping street, with the bus stop literally outside the property entrance. We slept fine, we could not hear any noise from the street and appreciated being near everything ( coffee shop, tons of shopping, literally every store type you may need) The unit is well equipped, new, functional with lots of storage and three a/c units in total. The communication was great, clear and replies were prompt. Thank you. The bedrooms are sized well and the shower was good. There is no living room as the couch with the tv is located within the large bedroom with the two beds, which was fine, spacious and functional. The other bedroom also had a tv, we didn’t use it, but it was nice to have. Negative: We had to fidget a bit with the lock box, as it does not open with ease, took us some time, but we were able to open it. I would have loved a full length mirror, but I haven’t found this in most Athens properties we stayed at.
