Positive: I arrived at 2am, only to find an unmade room, from the previous guest. I thought however to contact the managing tim through their phones, to try and find a solution; maybe another room, as I was a solo female traveller in Athens that suddenly remained without any place to stay. However, there was NO ONE TO PICK THE PHONE. Zero chances to find something. The next day, the team was so relaxed, treating this as a "we're sorry" kind of thing, asking me "where are you now?" as if the issue was my location after check out time, rather than the night I spent on a bench. Not caring to treat it with priority, an immediate refund and compensation. The next afternoon, they apologized and offered a "gift" for my next stay. Three days passed, still no refund. Booking.com hasn't yet replied to my complaints. Zero would be a better rating for this case.
